After two delivery attempts, undelivered parcels are returned to the sender. We also arrange returns at your request and the return of documentation.

PARCEL PREPARATION
It all starts with an order.
Create an order manually in our portal, import multiple parcels from a spreadsheet or connect your system through API integration.
The portal supports printing labels for your parcels.
After creating the order, carefully pack the parcel, protect its contents and attach the label so it is ready for collection and delivery to the customer.
ENTERING OUR NETWORK
We collect the parcel
Once the order is received, our dispatchers schedule collection and assign it to an available courier. The courier collects the parcel and brings it to our warehouse.
Parcels created by noon are collected the same day.
TO THE RECIPIENT’S DOOR
We deliver to the recipient
In the evening, we sort parcels and assign them to available couriers for delivery the next working day.

Delivery times may vary during holidays, seasonal sales, promotions such as Black Friday and other periods of increased parcel volumes.
OVERVIEW AFTER DELIVERY
We record the outcome
The service includes two delivery attempts. After the second unsuccessful attempt, we schedule the parcel for return to the sender.
You can take action before return.
Monitor refused parcels in the portal and take action before the parcel is assigned to a courier for return to the sender.
COD AND BILLING
We remit your COD payments
We remit the COD payments collected on delivery to you. The portal provides an overview of COD amounts and remittances.
Remittance within 48 hours of delivery, excluding weekends.
Billing and invoicing take place monthly, by the 5th of the month for the previous month.
